Yes. All five rooms at Orienty Home Pentacoro are private double rooms.
Yes. Every room has its own private bathroom arrangement.
Three rooms have a private indoor bathroom, and two rooms have a private outdoor bathroom reserved only for that room.
A private indoor bathroom is located inside the room.
A private outdoor bathroom is outside the room, but it is still private and reserved only for that specific room. It is not shared with any other guest.
if you prefer the simplest layout, choose one of the rooms with a private indoor bathroom. These are usually the easiest option for guests who want everything inside the room.
You can check in and out from 3 PM to 6 PM.

Yes. The bathroom in Tartaruga e Serpente uses a Sanitrit system. Clear instructions are provided so guests can use it safely and easily.
Yes. The outdoor bathrooms are fully private. They are assigned to one room only and cannot be used by other guests.

Yes. The property has central heating. During the heating season, rooms stay comfortably warm.
Yes. There is a shared kitchen and dining area where guests can heat food, prepare simple meals, and use the common dining space. The nearby info sheet also reminds guests that the kitchen is shared and should be cleaned after use.

Location, Transport & Local Tips
Yes. From Via Milano 15, guests can easily walk to Canal Grande, San Spiridione, Piazza della Borsa, San Giusto, Piazza Unità d’Italia, Molo Audace, and the Roman Theatre.
The most practical nearby bus hub is Piazza Oberdan. From there, guests can connect easily to other parts of the city.
For Barcola and Miramare, the main recommendation is bus line 6, which serves Stazione FS, Barcola, and Grignano / Castello di Miramare.
Yes. It is a practical choice for cruise guests. Guests should always check their ticket first, because embarkation may be at Molo Bersaglieri / Stazione Marittima or Molo IV, both near the waterfront close to Piazza Unità d’Italia. With luggage, a taxi is often the easiest option.
Yes. When you leave the building and turn right, there is a very budget-friendly supermarket on the ground floor of the same building. Guests can buy ingredients there and prepare or heat a simple meal in the apartment.
