House rules

These Terms & House Rules explain the main practical rules and conditions of staying at Orienty Home.
By booking or staying with us, guests agree to respect the property, the shared areas, and other guests.

1. Property overview

Orienty Home Pentacoro consists of five private double rooms.
Each room is prepared for a maximum legal occupancy of 2 guests.

2. Private bathroom arrangement

Each room has its own private bathroom arrangement.

• Three rooms have a private indoor bathroom
• Two rooms have a private outdoor bathroom, reserved only for that room

No bathroom is shared between different rooms.

3. Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: [insert time or method]
• Check-out: by 10:00

Guests are asked to follow the check-in instructions sent before arrival.

4. Quiet hours

To respect all guests and neighbours, quiet hours are:

• 13:00–15:00
• 22:00–08:00

During these times, please avoid loud conversations, music, dragging luggage, or any other disturbing noise.

5. No smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including:

• guest rooms
• bathrooms
• kitchen
• dining area
• corridors
• all indoor common areas

6. Guests and occupancy

Only registered guests may stay overnight in the room.
The maximum occupancy for each room is 2 guests.

7. Keys and access

Guests must keep their keys with them and must not leave keys in doors or locks.
Please make sure the entrance door is properly closed after entering or leaving the building.

8. Doorbell and remote opening

When someone rings downstairs, the sound may not be heard upstairs.
However, the upstairs phone / entry system may still allow the building door to be opened.

For safety reasons, guests should not open the main entrance remotely unless they have confirmed who is outside, especially in the case of deliveries or visitors.

9. Shared kitchen and dining area

The kitchen and dining area are shared spaces for all guests.

Guests are asked to:

• clean up after use
• wash or place used items correctly
• return kitchenware and tableware to their place
• avoid leaving personal food or belongings spread across the common area
• respect other guests using the space

10. Complimentary coffee and tea

Where provided, guests may enjoy complimentary coffee and tea.
Electric kettles are available in the shared kitchen and in guest rooms.

11. Laundry

Washer and dryer facilities may be available in the shared area.
Please use them respectfully and follow any instructions provided.

12. Bathroom use

In standard bathrooms, only toilet paper may be flushed.

In the room with the Sanitrit system, only toilet paper and normal use are permitted.
Wet wipes, sanitary items, food, hair, oil, hard objects, and similar items must not be flushed.

13. Damages and problems

Please report any damage, malfunction, leak, blockage, or equipment issue as soon as possible so that we can assist promptly.

14. Safety and emergency

Emergency number in Italy: 112

A first aid kit is available near the entrance, on or near the shoe cabinet.

Guests must not tamper with smoke / fire sensors or other safety devices.

15. Liability

Guests are responsible for respecting the property, furnishings, and equipment during their stay.
Any serious damage caused by misuse, negligence, or disregard of instructions may result in additional charges, where permitted by law and booking conditions.
